Week Cottage is a charming cottage with adjoining owners farmhouse. Many of the original features have been restored: oak beams, terracotta floors and traditional doors. The furniture and decoration is tastefully in-keeping with the period of this cottage.
Although Week Cottage is over 300 years old, the comforts are very much 21st century. Full central heating, power shower, bath, log burners, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Cot available if required. Private fenced garden with brick-built barbecue and ample parking. A friendly dog is welcome by arrangement.
The cottage is located 0.5 miles up a tarmac lane, directly above the village of Bridgetown, which supports the local pub and famous cricket pitch.
The picturesque village of Winsford lies up the valley. A well-stocked shop selling local produce, hotel, pub and tearooms are there for your refreshment.
