Weatherham Farm Cottages

Weatherham Farm Cottages, Toads Breech, (sleeping 4), and Buzzards, (sleeping 2), are in a converted stone barn set amidst own fields and stunning views up on the side of the Little Exe valley above Dulverton.

The character of large oak beams and uneven walls is married with modern day comforts to give a peaceful retreat away from the pressures of modern day business life.

So, whatever the season and weather, come to a very comfortable and peaceful haven in superb mixed landscapes – from gentle rolling hills, open moorland and sheltered valleys with sparkling stream and rivers. We have a great wealth of bird wildlife around us.

We converted the cottages as if we would live in themselves, have equipped them well with high quality furnishing and fittings and present them immaculately.

We try to offer a ‘self catering hotel’ by providing as much as possible so you can arrive and relax immediately.

The beds are made up for you, all towels are provided, as is all electricity, central heating oil, woodburner logs plus all the small bathroom and kitchen bits, that take time and effort to pack.
There are flowers to greet you in the main rooms and a traditional Somerset cream tea with home made scones and jam and local clotted cream.

Controlled dogs welcome by arrangement, Exmoor is a great place for dogs!
Our Orchard field is dedicated to the cottages and guests’ enjoyment – for outdoor games, barbecues of just ‘chilling out’ on a rug!

Guests are also very welcome to walk in our other adjacent fields when not being grazed by sheep or cattle.
