Set in large secluded grounds on the edge of Exmoor, Three Acres is the perfect country house for those who want to relax in England’s most beautiful countryside.

A licensed bar, sun terrace, sitting room with log fire and plenty of space make your stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. The six bedrooms, all individually styled have comfortable beds, crisp white linen, superb facilities and delightful views.

Breakfast, which is prepared fresh to order using home grown and locally sourced produce, has won Taste of the West Gold Awards for Somerset three years running and was presented the top accolade of “South West Best Bed & Breakfast of the Year 2008”.

For dining out we can recommend and book some fine restaurants, cafés and country pubs full of character in the area. Perfect location for exploring Exmoor and close to Dulverton on the river Barle with its independent shops, galleries and antiquities.

Road Directions

M5 Jcn 27 Follow the A361 Tiverton bypass to the 1st roundabout; take 3rd exit up the A396 Exe Valley road; follow signs to Dulverton, taking care at the 'Black Cat' jcn; at Exebridge turn left onto the B3223; 1 mile after village turn left at Brushford/Three Acres sign; at crossroads go straight over and drive to house in front of you.

Public Transport Directions

From Tiverton Parkway Taxi or bus. By bus: No. 373 to Tiverton bus station; No 398 (Minehead) from Tiverton bus station; alight at Brushford, Canarvon Garage. House is 5 minutes' walk through village.
