Middle Upcott Farm is a modernised 14th century farmhouse providing luxury bed and breakfast accommodation close to Dulverton which is in Exmoor National Park. It has easy access from the M5 motorway yet ideal for visiting Dunster famous for it's Yarn Market, Tarr steps with the pre-historic slabs across the river Barle, the West Somerset Railway with it's steam trains to ride on, also the National Trust property at Knighsthayes.
Middle Upcott Farm provides the discerning Exmoor visitor with top quality bed and breakfast accommodation near Dulverton. We also have comfortable horse accommodation for those who wish to ride in the famous Exmoor National Park.
Guests are welcome to relax or wander in the extensive gardens which surround the house. There are glorious views south over the Devon countryside and north to the wilds of Exmoor.
We have sheep, lambs, dogs and cats on the farm. In our wood to the north of the house you can often see wild Red Deer, badgers and foxes. Also we have on our doorstep Fishing, Riding, Cycling, Walking or Shooting, ask for details.

From J27 of M5 follow the signs for Barnstaple. At the first roundabout, turn right on to the A396. Follow this road for about 12 miles, following signs for Dulverton. Just after an extremely sharp left hand bend in Exebridge turn left. Cross the bridge over the river Exe. Turn left in about ½ mile at the garage in Brushford. Pass the church on your right and then cross a small river bridge. Keep left when the road forks, passing under an old railway bridge. Climb Langaller hill and Middle Upcott Farm is the first house on the right.
