Close to the Devon-Somerset border, nestling in the centre of Exford, right in the heart of Exmoor, Chapel Cottage offers high quality self-catering holiday accommodation. The spacious cottage is a part-time family home, rural retreat and a great base for exploring the magic of Exmoor National Park and the Devon coastline.

The family cottage comfortably sleeps up to four adults, two children and two dogs (other pets are most welcome, and stabling can be found very close by). Six can dine in comfort in the open-plan dining area or on the large patio. Alternatively, Chapel Cottage would provide particularly spacious and homely accommodation for a couple or two friends.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer microwave and even a CD player. The comfortable dining area opens out through double-doors onto a large patio overlooking the village green; perfect for alfresco dining. The cosy lounge boasts a log-burning stove and ample comfortable seating to curl up on, as well as a chest full of games and puzzles, CD player, TV,video and DVD player.

The bedrooms are particularly spacious, comprising one double room on the first floor and one twin room on the top floor.The twin beds can be linked to make a wonderfully wide double bed. The room also contains a sofa that easily pulls out into two guest beds providing ideal sleeping accommodation for children.The large, immaculate main bathroom (with a shower over the bath), hand basin, bidet and WC is on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a large shower room with hand basin, WC, washing machine.

Private off-street parking for two cars is provided opposite the cottage.
