Imagine the very best showcase of produce and ingredients, incredible wines and drinks from small, unique producers, restaurants serving carefully sourced local dishes where visitors will discover some of the best food and drink in the world.
Welcome to the Lyn Food Fest where you can not only can meet the people that reared the pigs, made the sausages, planted the carrots, milked the cows and pressed the apples, but also taste their produce, learn about it, then buy it to take home.
There will also be cookery demonstrations and Johnny Kingdom, well-known from his popular TV series, will be opening the event and signing copies of his new book.
Something for foodies of all ages, so come and celebrate a passion for real food, flavour and the region that produces it!

Following last year’s successful event, the Exmoor Horn Sheep Breeder’ Society invite you to sample the True Taste of Exmoor. Displays of quality cuts of Exmoor Horn Lamb and a free roast lamb roll and roast potatoes to let you experience, first hand, the succulence and flavour of natural, pure bred lamb reared at the very heart of Exmoor.
We will be open all day and there will be local farmers, butchers and chefs on hand to answer your questions. The event will be rounded off with a social evening and music in the bar. All welcome!
