Just when you thought it was safe to put your bike away for the winter, the Exmoor Beast rears its majestic head to give you the last chance to test yourself in what will be one of the best and most challenging cyclo-sportives of the year.

This new end-of-season challenge has been devised by professional event coordinators and experienced sportive riders, who have been observing, and learning from, the varying organisational standards of U.K. promotions throughout the year. The Exmoor Beast started in 2007 and was immediately billed as one of the best cyclo sportif events of the year.

The 2008 Exmoor Beast is being held on the 2nd November from Wimbelball Lake.
