The South Coast Championship Regatta is a annual competition between rowing clubs from Kent to Cornwall. The event has been run for over 50 years and it involves clubs from the three rowing associations which cover the south coast of England - West of England Amateur Rowing Association, Hants and Dorset Amateur Rowing Association and Coast Amateur Rowing Association
As well as the Championship Regatta, there is a Junior Regatta, for competitors under the age of 18, and an Open Regatta, for crews who did not qualify for the championship races and for events not covered by the championship. The Junior Regatta will take place in morning and the Open and Championship events will be raced in the afternoon. The regatta will be attended by 700- 800 rowers.
