Dean Riding Stables

We offer hacking, instruction and mannered quality horses and ponies in an ABRS/BHS Approved small and friendly yard. We cater for all levels and the nervous and novice especially welcome.

If you wish you may work towards your BHS Progressive Tests. Our hacks pass through roads and tracks, bridleways, woodland, coastal and moorland.

Road Directions

From Junction 27 on the M5, follow the A361 towards Barnstaple. At the Little Chef roundabout, take the A399 towards Lynton and Ilfracombe.

2 Miles after Blackmore Gate turn right (signposted Dean and Lower Dean Farm Riding Stables).
