Kayaking 2 Star - This course will start by re-capping on the skills learnt on the BCU 1 Star course and then build on these basic skills to develop your ability. |

In addition you will also learn the essential skills of how to prevent a capsize, moving the kayak sideways and the Eskimo rescue, high and low brace rescue support strokes, low brace turn, capsize on the move and rescue, forward and reverse paddling, draw strokes, Eskimo rescue.
One river trip must be completed before the 2 Star can be awarded.
