An Introductory course will include basic boat handling and the essential background knowledge. You will learn how to paddle and steer around a figure of eight course, launching and landing, forward and backward paddling, stopping, forward and reverse sweep strokes, stern rudder and capsize in safety.
This introduction to paddling designed for people with little or no experience would normally cost you over £100!
